Office Coordinator and Insurance Coordinator / HR

I started working for Lakeview Orthodontics in 1991. I love all of my work and am most satisfied when I know that people are confident in my abilities. I want our patients to know that they can depend on me to handle their accounts accurately. I know that Dr. Schmidtke cares about our patients and wants them to have an enoyable experience.

I am married and we have one daughter, one granddaughter, and one grandson. My hobbies include exercise, yard work, and traveling!

I enjoy working with the wonderful group of people that form our team. Dr. Schmidtke loves what he does. It’s great to work with caring people who are so wonderful with their patients and staff.

I am married and have four children. We live on a farm with lots of pets. When I’m not working, I enjoy doing anything outdoors. My favorite place is the beach!

Treatment and Marketing Coordinator

I started working in the dental field in 2016 and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2017. I received my certificate in dental assisting in 2016. I enjoy getting to work with all of the new and observation patients that are starting orthodontic treatment, and are excited to get a big beautiful smile! Dr. Don is the best boss, and he truly cares about his employees and patients. My coworkers are like family to me, and I have earned some great friendships throughout the years of working at Lakeview Orthodontics.

I am from Scottsboro and graduated high school in 2016. In April 2018, I married my high school sweetheart Taylor. We have one son (Beckett), one niece (Rynlie), and three fur babies. During my free time I enjoy spending time with family/friends, being outdoors, and traveling to the beach and smoky mountains.

I started working in the dental field in 2011, and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2013. I have worked as an orthodontic assistant and insurance coordinator in the past. I enjoy greeting our patients, interacting with our patients, and helping others. If I can be a help to anyone, it is a blessing. You never know what someone may be going through, so a smile can go a long way.

Dr. Don is the best person to work for and treats his employees like family, as well as our patients. My coworkers are always up to something, and we enjoy laughing and supporting one another.

I am from Crossville and graduated in 2000. I graduated from Miller-Motte Technical College in Chattanooga in 2012. I have been married to my high-school sweetheart T.J. for 23 years. We have five kids (Crystal, Keyston, Kinsley, Hunter, and Jett), and a precious granddaughter named Stella Grace. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and watching our son play sports.

Scheduling Coordinator

I started working in the dental field in 2019. I answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and take payments from patients. Also, I help translate for patients/parents who cannot speak English.

I have always wanted to work in a dental office. The doctor and the rest of the team are great to work with. I have and will continue to learn from them every day. I love to work in this amazing environment. All of the coworkers don’t hesitate to help with any questions I have.

I am from Albertville. I have a daughter named Juliet. I’m engaged to a great guy! I love to work out to release some stress. Family is the most important thing to me.

Clinical Coordinator/Orthodontic Lab Technician

I started my career in the dental field in 1995 and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2006. I like the fast pace of our practice, getting to know patients, and seeing the results of their treatment. Dr. Schmidtke really cares about his patients. He is great to work with and likes to have fun!

My husband is a volunteer fire chief and very active in our community. We have two beautiful daughters and two granddaughters.

I started working in the dental field and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2018. I love working at Lakeview Orthodontics because of the exceedingly friendly atmosphere! I could not have picked a better doctor or group of girls to work with. Dr. Don is so nice, and he truly cares about his patients and staff. I consider my coworkers more like sisters, and I have made friendships that will last a lifetime!

I am from Stevenson. I have been married to my high-school sweetheart since September 2021. During our free time we enjoy breakfast dates, trips to the beach, and being outside. I also enjoy reading and taking my dog on walks.

I started working in the dental field in 2011, and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2013. I attended Northeast Alabama Community College for a dental assisting program.

I enjoy getting to build friendships with patients, and their families. And being able to see their treatment progress, and end results. I enjoy working at Lakeview Orthodontics because we always work as a team, and have fun while we work. I have worked with Dr. Don for almost ten years, and he has been a blessing to this practice and our family.

I have been married to my soulmate for almost ten years. We have three beautiful children, seven dogs, and one cat. During our free time we enjoy being outdoors, going to church, and spending time with our families. We love going new places, and trying new things. I enjoy watching my boys play football and baseball, and I will always be their number one fan. Our lives are truly blessed.

I am a certified orthodontic assistant, having worked in the dental field since 1999 and here at Lakeview Orthodontics since 2017. I love that my job allows me to work one-on-one with patients and gives me a chance to get to know them. I would definitely consider myself a “people person”! Being a part of Lakeview Orthodontics is like working with family!

I am married and we have three children, two dogs, three cats, and chickens. I love to paint and do crafts. We live about five minutes from Smith Lake Park and really enjoy kayaking with our friends and family. I also love to work in my yard planting flowers.

I started working in the dental field in 2019, and joined Lakeview Orthodontics in 2020. I love getting to watch our patients become more confident with their smiles. Dr. Schmidtke is the best person to work for, and my coworkers are like family to me.

I married my husband Jason in 2021. We have two dogs and two cats. During our free time we enjoy hanging out with friends and being lazy.

I started working at Lakeview Orthodontics in 2021. I enjoy watching our patients’ smiles change through each phase of their treatment, and seeing the excitement that they have when they finish.

I love working at Lakeview Orthodontics and consider everyone family here! Dr. Don is by far the most awesome boss that anyone could wish for. You can tell that he truly cares for us, and most importantly his patients. Working here at Lakeview Orthodontics I have earned so many friendships that I would not change for anything.

I am from Albertville, and graduated high school in 2013. I attended Snead State and graduated with a business degree. I have a daughter, Era-Grae, and two German Shepherds. During my free time I enjoy spending time with family and shopping.

I started working at Lakeview Orthodontics in 2021. Dr. Schmidtke is the best boss and treats us all with respect and kindness. My coworkers have been a true blessing and are always super helpful. I enjoy being able to see our patients’ smiles transform, and helping translate when needed.

I am from Crossville and graduated in 2020. After high school, I had no idea what God’s plans were for me, but somehow ended up in the most perfect spot at Lakeview Orthodontics.

I have two younger brothers whom I love with my whole heart, a sister, and a baby goat named “Lucky.” During my free time I enjoy driving and jamming out to music and going to the gym.
